1. File Manager

In some Android operating systems, files downloaded from your browser or other apps are stored in the same location. The easiest way to find them is by using the file manager application.

Please note that each Android phone may have a different name for its file manager app. For example, Samsung devices use My Files. While the layout of the file manager can vary between smartphones, the functions and directory structure are generally similar.

If your smartphone doesn't have a file manager app, you can easily download one from the Google Play Store, such as X-Plore File Manager. Once installed, follow the steps below:

1. Open the File Manager application.
2. Navigate to the internal storage folder.
3. Open the Downloads folder.
4. Look for the files you’ve already downloaded.

If you can’t find the Downloads folder, tap the menu icon with three parallel lines. This will reveal several options, including Downloads. Tap it, and a new page with your downloaded files will appear.

If you remember the name of the file, you can also search for it directly by typing the file name into the search bar in the File Manager.

2. Gallery

3. Tap the name of the file sender.

On the sender’s page, you’ll see sections labeled Media, Files, Links, Music, Voice, and more. Check each section to find the files you’ve downloaded from your Telegram conversations.
