2. After that, find and select “Special Function” .
3. At the bottom, you will see “Accessibility” in blue, go ahead and select it.
4. Next, find and select the “Accessibility Menu”.

When prompted, tap the blue “Allow” button to grant permission. Once enabled, a green three-dot icon will appear on the right side of your screen—this indicates that the Accessibility feature is active.

Now it's time to begin the restart process. But first, make sure no apps are still running in the background.
From the home screen, tap the Accessibility icon (the green three-dot symbol).

This will bring up the same menu you’d see when holding down the Power button.
