How to Use Split-Screen Feature on Samsung Phone
Split screen is a feature that lets you use two apps simultaneously on a single screen. This functionality is especially useful for users who frequently multitask or handle multiple tasks at once.
Most of Samsung's latest phone models already support this feature. If you're curious about how to enable it, Carsinyal has outlined the steps to activate the split screen on your Samsung phone:

1. Select the First App
Open the first app you want to use in split-screen mode. For example, you can launch a browser app to browse websites , here, we'll use Google Chrome as an example.
Once the first app is open, tap the Recent Apps button to display the list of apps you recently used. This button is typically represented by three horizontal lines or a square icon located to the left of the home button.
In the Recent Apps list, press and hold the app icon for the first app, then swipe it up toward the top of the screen with your finger. The app will now be pinned to the upper portion of your screen.
2. Select the Second App
Once the first app is pinned to the top of the screen, a list of other apps will appear at the bottom. Select the second app you want to use from this list. If the app you’re looking for isn’t visible, you can search for it in the main menu.
After selecting, the second app will be pinned to the bottom of the screen. Now, the split-screen setup is complete, and you can use both apps simultaneously. You can also adjust the size of each app by sliding the dividing line between them.
3. Exit Split Screen Mode
To exit split-screen mode, simply drag the dividing line until one app completely covers the other. This will leave one app open, allowing you to continue using it as usual.
Alternatively, you can exit split-screen mode by pressing the Home button to return to the home screen. This way, all currently open apps will continue running in the background.
Easy, right? Now you can multitask effortlessly, thanks to the split-screen feature. Give it a try and enjoy!
