The Differences Between realme Phone Series
realme started in 2010 as part of OPPO’s smartphone lineup and was first called OPPO Real. Later, it became a sub-brand under OPPO. Since 2018, realme has become an independent brand. It is now known for producing affordable and feature-rich smartphones.
After becoming independent, realme began to sell phones in many countries. The brand grew quickly and now has many different phone series to meet different user needs. Some are made for daily use, while others are more powerful or designed to last longer.
In this article, we will explain the main realme phone series that are still being sold in many markets today. We won’t include older models or series that are no longer available, such as the X Series or the narzo Series.
1. realme Note Series

If you're looking for a low-cost phone, the realme Note Series is a good choice. This series is made for people who want a basic phone that still works well for simple tasks.
Phones in the Note Series are usually the cheapest among all realme phones. They are priced under USD 100 and are good enough for light activities like messaging, watching videos, or playing casual games with low graphics settings.
Many people now want more than just a phone that works. They also want a phone that is strong and lasts a long time. Because of that, some Note Series models now have water and dust resistance (IP rating), metal frames, and strong bodies that can handle small drops.
Some examples from this series include the realme Note 50, Note 60, Note 60x, and Note 70.
2. realme C Series

The C Series is perfect for people who want a phone that can last all day and still run smoothly. Not everyone needs a phone with high-end features or a very fast processor. The realme C Series is made for simple daily use and offers good performance for the price.
Phones in this series usually have two digits in the name. Models with smaller numbers are more basic and cheaper. Phones with higher numbers, such as 55 or 75, often come with extra features.
One of the key things about this series is long battery life. For example, the realme C61 is designed to keep its battery healthy for up to four years. This has now become a goal for other C Series phones too.
Some newer models, like the realme C75 and C75x, are built with better protection. They are water- and dust-resistant and have passed military-grade durability tests. These are the first C Series phones that can be used safely even in tough outdoor conditions.
3. realme Number Series

The realme Number Series is the main product line from realme. This series does not belong to the high-end class but instead targets mid-range and upper mid-range users. Because of that, the prices are more affordable than flagship phones.
Starting from the realme 3 series, this line often comes in two versions, the regular and the Pro. Beginning with the realme 9 series, realme also introduced the Pro+ version. These Pro and Pro+ phones were made not only for good performance but also for strong camera features.
This continued until the realme 14 series. From the realme 15 series, the Pro+ version was no longer offered. However, there are still other "+" versions, such as realme 132+ and realme 13+, that are available without the "Pro" name.
Another version in this series is the “T” model, which appears after the number, like realme 10T or realme 13T.
In general, phones in this Number Series provide a good balance. The battery life is strong, the performance is fast enough for most users, and the screens are bright and clear. But realme also uses this series to try new and interesting ideas that are not always found in other mid-range phones.
One example is the realme 11 Pro+ from 2023, which came with a back cover made of synthetic leather. In 2024, the realme 12 Pro+ featured a periscope camera with 3x optical zoom. This was something rare in mid-range phones at that time. The same type of camera was also used in the realme 13 Pro+ and 14 Pro+.
In the realme 15 Pro, realme introduced three 50 MP cameras, one for the main camera, one for ultrawide, and one for selfies. This shows that the Pro models focus more on camera features, while the regular models have a more balanced experience between performance and photography.
4. realme GT Series

Before the GT Series, realme had the X Series to serve the upper mid-range and flagship markets. After the X Series ended, the GT Series became realme’s new choice for those looking for more premium features.
The realme GT Series is known for high performance, good camera quality, and stylish designs. One of the most unique designs was the realme GT Master Edition, which looked like a travel suitcase. Another was the realme GT 7 Dream Edition, inspired by the Aston Martin Aramco F1 team.
This series often introduces new technology. For example, the GT7 came with a silicon carbon battery, and the GT6 added AI-powered features.
Even though it has premium specs, the GT Series is usually priced lower than other flagship phones. Because of this, many people call it a “flagship killer.” realme GT is made for users who want strong all-around performance at a more competitive price.
5. realme P Series

The realme P Series was first introduced in India, with models like the realme P1 and P2. Later, the company also brought the realme P3 5G to other markets.
This series focuses on high performance at a mid-range price. The name “P” is said to stand for “Power,” showing that the phones in this series come with fast processors and strong performance.
The realme P Series fits between regular mid-range and high-end phones. It gives advanced features without a big increase in price. For example, the realme P3 has strong performance, but its price is still around USD 200.
As you can see, realme offers different phone series to meet different needs. Some are designed for budget users, while others offer high performance or special camera features.
No matter which one you choose, realme continues to focus on giving good value for the price. So, which realme phone series do you like the most?
